Entrance Requirements

Saint Patrick Catholic School does not require an entrance exam.

Students are to be immunized according to North Carolina’s regulations. Physical exams are required for children entering Preschool and Kindergarten and are recommended for all others.

The following forms MUST be present with the application or if you submit the application from the website, please email the following requirements:

Kindergarten (age 5 by Aug. 31st):

  • Registration/ application Form
  • Enrollment Fee of $100 (due after acceptance letter is received.)
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
  • Immunization Record
  • Physical Examination by first day of school

1st Grade through 8th Grade:

  • Registration/ application form
  • Enrollment Fee of $100 (due after acceptance letter is received.)
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
  • Immunization Record
  • Last Year’s Report Card (Or most recent report card)
  • Any Psychological, Educational, or Speech testing

Applications will be processed according to the following priority:

  • Siblings of SPCS students

  • Children of Saint Patrick Church Parishioners

  • Children of other Catholic parishes

  • Children of other faiths

Consideration for acceptance will be based on admission policy. Pre/postdated checks are not accepted. A waiting list, comprised of those children who have not been accepted due to lack of classroom space will be established. For those applications submitted the names will be placed on the bottom of the waiting list in the order received.

ENROLLMENT FEE: A non-refundable $100 per child tuition deposit is due when applying or re-enrolling*.

TUITION PAYMENT PLAN SCHEDULE

PAYMENT PLANS: St. Patrick Catholic School offers 4 payment options: annual, semi-annual, 10-month monthly payments, and 12-month monthly payments;(see below for the rates.) All payment options will process through the FACTS Tuition Management Program. There is a link to FACTS from our website on the homepage.

1. ANNUAL: Payment due July 2023

2. SEMI-ANNUAL: Equal payments due July 2023 and December 2023

3. MONTHLY: Payments over 10 months (July 2023-April 2024)

4. MONTHLY: Payments over 12 months (July 2023-June 2024)

Extended Care Programs will be added to one of the above payment plans. (If applicable.)

ANNUAL TUITION: Standard $7,500 Parishioner $6,250
